Geekbench Compute score, opencl (GPU) over time
Geekbench Compute result for a named major version and graphics API. The API is part of the benchmark identity, because a Metal run and an OpenCL run execute different code against different drivers, and so is the version. It is a separate metric from the processor score rather than a variant of it: version 7 calibrates a compute result against a baseline of 100,000 and a processor result against 2,500, so the two are not one quantity even when one machine reports both.

Every point on a chart is implicitly compared with every other point on it. This chart uses one comparability group: one metric, one device scope, one method and one benchmark version. There is no chart of all clock frequencies over time because they are not one quantity.
