How the numbers are handled
There is no universal RetroFlops score. MIPS, DMIPS, instructions per second, FLOPS, SPEC
results, memory bandwidth, TDP, and whole-system power draw stay separate. A multiplier
appears only when the metric, method, benchmark identity, and device scope match, and both
figures are confirmed and approved. reported and rumored figures remain
visible, but stay provisional and never feed automatic multipliers.
Missing data is explicit. unknown means research found no acceptable figure;
not-applicable means the quantity does not exist for that hardware. Neither is represented
as zero. Every multiplier shows its formula, inputs, rounding rule, and caveats.
