Editorial notes
It reads a display list the SH-4 builds in main memory and draws from its own texture pool, so the two chips do not contend for one memory the way the Nintendo 64's do. Sega quotes 3 million polygons per second at peak and 1.5 million visible; neither is recorded as a measurement, because the catalog has no polygon-rate metric and inventing one for a single record would leave it uncomparable with everything else.
